UWDC came to Kramer in search of a solution for its new program, Health Connect. It needed to get the word out that qualifying low-income individuals and families could get support from United Way by covering a portion of healthcare costs. The awareness campaign consisted of a logo, online banners, an informational flyer in English and Spanish, Madison bus ads, doorhangers and a bilingual, 4-page enrollment form. The concept is warm and approachable with the connecting “star” present across all materials.
