Digital Press Operator

Summary

Kramer Madison is seeking a Digital Press Operator who is motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic to join our team. Digital printing experience is required, HP Indigo press experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • 1-3 years experience running digital presses
  • Set up and run press to industry standards
  • Make press adjustments as required to ensure quality standards are met
  • Meet or exceed print efficiency standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of press and press area and perform press maintenance
  • Ability to use PMS color matching book & densitometer to measure dot characteristics
  • Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining highest quality level
  • Mechanical skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Cross train in another area
  • Work in other areas as needed
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Summary

Kramer Madison is seeking an Account Executive who is highly motivated and solution-oriented with experience in a print, marketing or advertising environment. Our client base is broad geographically and in size, from Fortune 500 to mid-sized businesses.

In this role, you will be developing new client prospects and expanding existing accounts by managing the sales cycle with a consultative approach. You will be the point of contact for clients and work directly with team members to leverage all of Kramer Madison’s expertise. You’ll act as the crucial link between Kramer and its clients. You will assess client goals, and then coordinate Kramer’s creative, marketing, print, promotional and administrative staff to help them produce effective campaigns and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of B2B sales, marketing or agency experience a plus
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident making presentations
  • Confident prospecting new clients
  • Confident selling big ideas and offering solutions
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
  • SalesForce experience a plus
  • We offer a formal sales training program.
